Okříšky city doesn´t offer many modern or new apartment building, so I decided to design one. My main focus was on design functional building that will be dynamic but still will fit to the surrounding buildings.
Apartment building Okříšky has 20 apartments, including 2 barrier-free
aparments. My concept of the building was a wave that will still fit in the city. The building is made of 2 objects. The space between these two objects is filled with a garden that delightfully fit in. For the interior I used mainly neutral colors with one significant colour that will get to the interior life.
The building has 3 floors above the ground and one underground floor where is a garage. Carring walls are made of Porotherm system. Ceiling is made of the reinforced concrete. Saddle roofing is choosen because of the surrounding buildings.
Tato zpráva je určena pouze studentovi a nebude veřejně publikována a to ani reakce studenta na ní. Nicméně tato zpráva podléhá schválení týmu INSPIRELI z důvodu ochrany studentů.
