ADAPTACE PANELOVÝCH BUDOV NA SOUČASNÉ POTŘEBY PRO BYDLENÍ

Idea projektu

Naše práce se zabýva adaptací bytového domu B70R, umístěného v Brně, v městské části Vinohrady. Cílem bylo zlepšení životního standardu, vytvoření polosoukromého prostoru a navýšení parkovacích míst. Our work deals with the adaptation of the apartment house B70R, located in Brno, in the Vinohrady district. The aim was to improve the standard of living, create a semi-private space and increase parking spaces.

Popis projektu

Pomocí analýz, pozorování a získání informací z dříve zprac. podkladů vytvořit seznam problémů současných panelových staveb, jak vzniklých přímo užíváním (nevyhovující dispozice..) tak vzniklých pomocí okolních vlivů (urbanistické faktory - mapy problémů okolí). Stavebně-technicky určit limity nápravy problémů u konkrétního typů panelové konstrukce a na vybraném případu navrhnout úpravy, které by vycházely z koncepčního základu. ZÁKLADNÍ PROBLÉMY: Parkování, absence polosoukromého prostoru, využitím střech, úprava estetiky budov, modernizace bytového jádra a samotného bytu - zlepšení zdrav. tech. vlastností, využití retenčních systémů a obnovitelných zdrojů. Using analyzes, observations and obtaining information from previously processed. to create a list of problems of current panel constructions, both arising directly from use (unsatisfactory layout ..) and arising from environmental influences (urban factors - maps of environmental problems). Construction-technical determine the limits of problem correction for a specific type of panel construction and in the selected case to propose modifications that would be based on the conceptual basis. BASIC PROBLEMS: Parking, the absence of semi-private space, the use of roofs, modification of the aesthetics of buildings, modernization of the apartment core and the apartment itself - improving health. tech. properties, use of retention systems and renewable resources.

Technické informace

Návrh se zabývá úpravou fasády budovy za účelem její pohledové kultivace a využití štěrbiny mezi stávající a novou hranou fasády k větrání a rekuperaci vzduchu. Dále došlo k vytvoření polosoukromého prostoru před budovou, doplnění parkovacích míst umístěných pod parter a nástavby na střechu. Parkovací prostor má dvě podlaží, pro úsporu místa se využívá autovýtah. Střešní nástavba je v podobě kompletního zázemí pro sportoviště, které nyní vytváří zastřešení objektu v podobě dvou víceúčelových hřišť. Nástavba je doplněna o část welness. The design deals with the modification of the facade of the building for the purpose of its visual cultivation and the use of the gap between the existing and the new edge of the facade for ventilation and air recuperation. Furthermore, a semi-private space was created in front of the building, parking spaces located under the ground floor and superstructures on the roof were added. The parking space has two floors, a car lift is used to save space. The roof superstructure is in the form of a complete background for sports grounds, which now creates the roofing of the building in the form of two multi-purpose playgrounds. The superstructure is supplemented by a part of wellness.
