EN The aim of my work was to design a small building that would be used mainly by kindergartens in the town of Krnov. It would serve as an outdoor classroom or in the yards of these kindergartens, where children could learn about nature and observe it. The design of the building itself is based on the plan shape of an ellipse, with windows and solid walls around its perimeter. The main material used in the design is wood. It is used for the structure, furniture, cladding and various other complementary elements. The height of the cladding, and hence the pitch of the roof, is reduced in the direction of the longest axis of the ellipse. Various additional elements may be located around the building, such as facilities, playgrounds, flowerbeds, seating areas, etc. Their location depends on the requirements of the users and the terrain in which the building is located. CZ Cieľom mojej práce bol návrh malej stavby, ktorá by bola využívaná hlavne materskými školami v meste Krnov. Slúžila by ako trieda v prírode alebo na dvoroch týchto materských škôl, kde by sa deti mohli učiť o prírode a mohli by ju pozorovať. Samotný návrh objektu vychádza z pôdorysného tvaru elipsy, po obvode ktorej je plášť tvorený oknami a plnými stenami. Hlavným materiálom použitým v návrhu je drevo. Je použité pre konštrukciu, nábytok, obklad a rôzne ďalšie doplňujúce prvky. Výška plášťu a tým pádom aj sklon strechy, sa znižuje v smere najdlhšej osi elipsy. V okolí stavby sa môžu nachádzať rôzne doplňujúce prvky, ako napríklad zázemie, ihrisko, záhony, posedenie a podobne. Ich rozmiestnenie závisí od požiadaviek používateľov a od terénu v ktorom je stavba umiestnená.
