EN Gap in Brno - Zelný trh The brief for this project was "Find a gap in Brno and stop there." The proposal addresses a gap on Zelný trh street in Brno. This is a busy and important location in the centre of Brno. The proposal offers a combination of housing, services and something new and interesting for the area. The proposal deals with the concept of shared living and office space called co-living and co-working, it seeks to co-exist in a house. The lower floor serves as the entrance to the building and is also completely public, offering a rentable space for commercial use (café, restaurant). As the building is located in the centre, such a location offers many possibilities for the project. My proposal allows for very interesting and affordable housing in the center at the same time there are also shared offices, which again are much more affordable than others in the center. CZ Mezírka v Brně – Zelný trh Zadání pro tento projekt znělo: „Najděte si mezírku v Brně a tu zastavte.“ Návrh řeší proluku na ulici Zelný trh v Brně. Jedná se o rušnou a významnou lokalitu v centru Brna. Návrh nabízí spojení bydlení, služeb a něčeho nového a zajímavého pro danou oblast. Návrh pojednává o konceptu sdíleného bydlení a kancelářských prostor tzv. co-living a co-working, snaží se o společnou koexistenci v domě. Spodní podlaží slouží jako vstup do objektu a zároveň je zcela veřejný, nabízí se tu pronajímatelný prostor pro komerční využití (kavárna, restaurace). Jelikož se objekt nachází v centru, tak takové místo nabízí mnoho možností pro projekt. Můj návrh umožňuje velmi zajímavé a cenově dostupné bydlení v centru zároveň se tu nachází i společné kanceláře, které jsou opět mnohem dostupnější než jiné v centru.
