Wellness Libeň

Idea projektu

Hlavným zámerom projektu bolo splnenie všetkých požiadavok pre výstavbu wellnessu v pražskej štvrti Libeň. Výsledkom má byť navrhnutý objekt, ktorý prinesie užívateľom šport, rekreáciu, odpočinok a relax. Na základe pozemku lichobežníkového tvaru som sa inšpirovala hrou tetris, ktorou pointa je naskladať pravouhlé objekty na seba. Na fasáde som využila trojuholníkové šikminy pre rozbitie pôdorysných tvarov. The main purpose of the project was to meet all requirements for the construction of wellness in the Libeň district of Prague. The result should be a designed object that will bring users sport, recreation, rest and relaxation. Based on a trapezoidal plot, I was inspired by the game of tetris, the point of which is to stack rectangular objects on top of each other. On the facade, I used triangular slopes to break floor plans.

Popis projektu

Navrhnutý objekt sa nachádza v Libni - Praha. Časti objektu majú rozdielnu výškovo úroveň pre zvýraznenie mierneho svahu. Objekt je navrhnutý ako dvojpodlažný. Zo severnej strany z ulice Povltavská je možnosť využitia podzemného parkoviska, pohotovostné pozemné parkovisko a vjazd pre zásobovanie. Wellness sa skladá zo 4 častí, ktoré sú navzájom prepojené sklenenými chodbami. Vstupná hala spája bazénovú časť, ktorá je orientovaná na juh a posilňovaciu časť na severozápadnej strane. V posilňovacej časti sú umiestnené oddelené šatne s hygienickým zariadením, bar, basketbalové ihrisko, priestory na posilňovanie s vlastnou váhou alebo činkami. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza bežecký oval a miestnosti pre spinning a spoločné cvičenia. V bazénovej časti sú navrhnuté spoločné šatne s oddeliteľnými hygienickými zariadeniami, 25 metrový bazén, vírivky, bazén s vodným barom, bufet a schodisko na 2NP, kde sa nachádzaju sauny a odpočinková miestnosť. Zo vstupnej haly sa dá dostať chodbou do reštaurácie na západe a ďalšou chodbou do salóna krásy na severovýchode. Reštaurácia má 2NP, kde v 1NP sa nachádza kuchyňa, bar a odbytná zóna. V 2NP sa nachádzajú salóniky. V salóne krásy je umiestnené kaderníctvo, manikúra, kozmetika v 1NP. Fyzio, kancelária, zázemie pre zamestnancov sa nachádzajú v 2NP. Vďaka chodbám vznikli dve átria, ktoré sú presklené, pre Iepšie osvetlenie objektu. Menšie átrium je určené pre vonkajšie posedenie reštaurácie a kaviarne a väčšie átrium je zamerané aktívne s umiestnenou horolezeckou stenou a skateboardovou rampou. The proposed building is located in Liben - Prague. Parts of the building have different height levels to highlight a slight slope. The building is designed as a two-storey. From the north side from Povltavská Street there is a possibility to use the underground parking, an emergency parking and an entrance for supplies. The wellness consists of 4 parts, which are interconnected by glass corridors. The entrance hall connects the pool part, which is oriented to the south and the fitness part on the northwest side. In the fitness area there are separate locker rooms with sanitary facilities, a bar, a basketball court, areas for strengthening with own weight or dumbbells. On the second floor there is a running oval and rooms for spinning and joint exercises. In the pool area there are common locker rooms with detachable sanitary facilities, a 25-meter pool, whirlpools, a pool with a water bar, a buffet and a staircase on the 2nd floor, where there are saunas and a relaxation room. From the entrance hall you can reach the corridor to the restaurant in the west and another corridor to the beauty salon in the northeast. The restaurant has a 2nd floor, where on the 1st floor there is a kitchen, bar and sales area. There are lounges on the 2nd floor. In the beauty salon there is a hairdresser, manicure, cosmetics on the 1st floor. Physio, office, facilities for employees are located on the 2nd floor. Thanks to the corridors, were created two atriums, which are glazed, for better lighting of the building. The smaller atrium is intended for outdoor seating of the restaurant and cafe and the larger atrium is actively focused with a climbing wall and a skateboard ramp.

Technické informace

Hlavná nosná konštrukcia nadzemných podlaží je tvorená skeletovým systémom z ocele. Podzemné podlažie je železobetónový monolit založený na železobetónových patkách. Ľahký obvodový plášť je tvorený z fasádnych panelov imitácia mede a zo sklenených panelov. The main load-bearing structure of the above-ground floors consists of a steel skeleton system. The basement is a reinforced concrete monolith based on reinforced concrete footings. The light perimeter cladding is made of imitation copper facade panels and glass panels.
