Popis projektu

Objekt sa nachádza v kľudnejšej časti prímestskej časti Liberca vo Vratislavicích nad Nisou. Zadaním bolo navrhnúť bývanie pre 12 ľudí s mentálnym postihnutím autistického spektra. Týto ľudia by mali byť rozdelení do domácností po 3. Každá domácnosť mala obsahovať 3 jednolôžkové izby, kuchyňu, spoločný priestor, skladové a hygienické priestory. Hlavným, pre mňa východiskovým konceptom pri navrhovaní tohto typu bývania boli samotní budúci obyvatelia, ich potreby, vnímanie okolia, ktoré je samozrejme pri takomto postihnutí odlišné. Z toho dôvodu vznikli na pozemku dve hmoty. Spodná, mohutne pôsobiaca tvoriaca podnož, oporu druhej hmote. Tá je z drevenej, ľahko pôsobiacej konštrukcie, ktorá zapadne do vytvoreného prírodného prostredia a je rozdelená na 4 časti, 4 domácnosti. Tie akoby vytvorili vlastnú dedinku, niečo, čo je len obyvateľov daného objektu, čo im dáva možnosti k realizácií, rozvíjaniu sa a relaxácií. Posunom jednotlivých hmôt vytváram 3 záhrady, 3 rôzne kúty sveta. Celú hmotu presekáva “zelená” osa, ktorá je zachovaná a v súčastnosti sa nachádza na pozemku. Táto os dovoľuje obyvateľom byť nepretržite v spojitosti s prírodou, rozjímať a byť uvoľnený. Voľbou panoramatických okien a bazilikálnych okien tento pocit spojitosti s prírodou oto viac podmieňujem. The building is located in a quieter part of the suburban part of Liberec in Vratislavice nad Nisou. The task was to design housing for 12 people with autism spectrum disabilities. These people should be divided into households of 3. Each household should contain 3 single rooms, a kitchen, a common area, storage and hygiene areas. The main starting point for me in designing this type of housing were the future residents themselves, their needs, the perception of the environment, which is of course different in such a disability. For this reason, two masses were created on the plot. The lower, powerfully acting base, supports the second mass. It is made of a wooden, easily acting construction, which fits into the created natural environment and is divided into 4 parts, 4 households. They seem to have created their own village, something that is only the inhabitants of the object, which gives them opportunities for realization, development and relaxation. By shifting the individual materials, I create 3 gardens, 3 different corners of the world. The whole mass is cut by the "green" axis, which is preserved and is currently located on the plot. This axis allows the inhabitants to be constantly connected with nature, to meditate and to be relaxed. By choosing panoramic windows and basilica windows, I further condition this feeling of connection with nature.

Technické informace

Čo sa týka samotného riešenia záhrady, rozčlenením objektu vznikli 3 menšie záhrady, vonkajšie priestory, akoby kúty sveta pre daných obyvateľov. Tie som rozdelila aj koncepčne. I. záhrade, ktorú som nazvala okrasnou, dominuje krásna, ružovo rozknitnutá japonská čerešňa, sakura. Pod touto záhradou, ktorú drží oporná stena sú vysadené 4 stĺpovité taktiež okrasné pílkaté čerešne. Tým, že sú stĺpovitého tvaru vytvárajú peknú bariéru a zakrývajú nie príliš vľúdnu opornú stenu. Táto záhrada je orientovaná na juho západ a preto som aj zvolila kultivary, ktoré potrebujú pre svoj rast dostatok svetla. Tiež som v záhrade umiestnila záhon prispievajúci k voľnočasovým aktivitám obyvateľov. II. spoločná záhrada je riešená ako veľká pobytová plocha z veľmi odolnej dreviny s názm Garapa. Samotná pobytová plocha je ešte členená na časť s ohniskom a časť s pobytovými schodami. Táto záhrada je v priamom kontakte so zelenou osou. Tu som volila stromy, ktoré odkazujú na celkový koncept japonskej umiernenosti a kľudu. Voľbou vysadenia smreku v tejto osi pomyselne zachovávam pôvodný vysadený kultivar, ktorú som ale z dôvodu zemných úprav a staroby pôvodných stromov odstránila. III. posledná záhrada je venovaná ovocným stromom, takže som ju nazvala úžitkovou. Pozostáva s ovocných stromov, jabĺk, hrušiek a slivky, ktorá tvorí dominantu tejto záhrady. V blízkosti sa nachádza taktiež okrasná skalka, ktorá zakrýva svahovitý terén. Pozostáva s trvaliek, zakrslých a plazivých ihličnanov a biliniek v jej spodnej časti. Rastliny sú vysadené pomedzi väčšie kamene, ktoré zabezpečujú stabilitu terénu. As for the solution of the garden itself, the division of the building created 3 smaller gardens, outdoor spaces, as if corners of the world for the inhabitants. I also divided them conceptually. The first garden, which I called ornamental, is dominated by a beautiful, pink-blossomed Japanese cherry, sakura. Under this garden, which is held by a retaining wall, 4 columnar and also ornamental sawn cherries are planted. Because they are columnar in shape, they create a nice barrier and cover a not very friendly retaining wall. This garden is oriented to the south west and that's why I chose cultivars that need enough light for their growth. I also placed a flower bed in the garden that contributes to the leisure activities of the residents. II. the common garden is designed as a large living area of ​​very durable wood called Garapa. The living area itself is further divided into a part with a fireplace and a part with residential stairs. This garden is in direct contact with the green axis. Here I chose trees that refer to the overall concept of Japanese moderation and peace. By choosing to plant spruce in this axis, I imaginarily preserve the original planted cultivar, which I removed due to landscaping and the age of the original trees. III. the last garden is dedicated to a fruit tree, so I called it a utility garden. It consists of fruit trees, apples, pears and plums, which form the dominant feature of this garden. There is also an ornamental rock nearby, which covers the sloping terrain. It consists of perennials, dwarf and creeping conifers and herbs in its lower part. The plants are planted between larger stones, which ensure the stability of the terrain.
