Family house OCEAN EYE HOUSE is a modern sunny building designed as a summer family villa by the sea with a beautiful panoramic view. However, by thermal standards it corresponds to a colder climate and it is therefore suitable for the reefs of the Nordic mountains.
Here you will find three bedrooms with its own bathroom, a gym with bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, a sauna, a whirlpool and a seating area with a summer kitchen on one of the three panoramic terraces. The villa is situated in a small coastal residential area, along with five other identical houses that have a shared private beach. Each building has a cozy garden with a fireplace and parking for two cars (if necessary, up to four).
O. E. HOUSE itself is equipped with solar panels, green roof, air conditioning in every room and intelligent underfloor heating Heatflow. The entrance staircase does not exceed a large height and it is designed for possible inconspicuous installation of a ramp for disabled. The windows are equipped with blinds that prevent overheating / freezing of interior. During departure or storm the blinds protect the house and its large windows from destruction or burglary.
