Idea projektu

The subject of the project is the design of a family house on a sloping terrain, which is located in Šárecké valley in a newly developed golf resort. The content of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare an architectural study and a selected parts of the project at the stage for a building permit. The parcel is located on a north sloped hill with a view of the forest and surrounded nature. The house looks like a sculpture carved from a single piece of marble. Sharp white walls, simple surface treatments, orientation towards the forest and inner atrium help to find silence and shelter from the nearby bustle of the big city of Prague.

Popis projektu

This house makes me feel calm and simple elegance. Its clean lines and minimalist design impress modern and sophisticated. Large glazed areas bring to the interior a lot of natural light, which creates a pleasant and bright atmosphere. The overall impression is very harmonious, thanks to soft colors and simple but thoughtful arrangement. This house also suggests a connection with nature, especially thanks to the inner atrium with plants it brings to interior greenery and a calm atmosphere.
