The project idea was a three star hotel which was nearby other 2 hotels. The problem came from the site and its urban rules, as well as the main facade facing Dacia Boulevard, an important one in Bucharest.
The main idea was for this hotel to have an interior yard for customers to relax, being surrounded at ground level by low vegetation, a restaurant, a cafe and a library with a work place where pupils from the high-school nearby can come and study. The superior levels, up to level four, provide 30 hotel rooms for the clients, as well as a breakfast place, as well as a basement for 32 cars at 3 meters under the ground level and a kitchen at 4 meters under the ground level.
This 2500 square meters site is at the intersection of Dacia Boulevard with Toamnei street, in Bucharest. This hotel is made of pillars and beams, and the facade's finish face consists of fibro cement.
