Project idea
its a recreational center in a small city of north albania close to kosovo. it has many recreational activities for the citizens but mainly its created for touristic purposes from kosovo albania and foreigners.

its a four stores building long 150m one store underground and three above ,its intersected in the mountain close to the cities river . it has many purposes and activities like bouling pools restaurants bars cinemas book stores ping pong areas shops etc and a wide park and an avenue along the river
