Agricultural Development Center
Project idea
My graduation project in about an Agricultural Development Center in a suburb named 'Squbin' in Latakia City, Syria. The main objective of this project is decrease the overload of the city center because of the lack of the services in this suburb.
Project description
This project consists of two main zones: Industrial zone, Entertainment and commercial zone.
The first one contain many factories: one for orange juice production and three factories for olives processing.
The second zone contain cultural center, commercial center for selling products, career school, and multi-functional building have offices for doctors and engineers.
We have used Vornoi Diagram in designing of buildings' elevation and site plane to allow us to connect the natural lines with the site plane in order to have a grade.
Technical information
Analytical and statistical studies of the site, so we can propose the elements' site.
Draw the ideas using Freehand on Vornoi Diagram.
Using AutoCAD for 2D planning and make sections, 3dMax for perspectives, Lumion for rendering, and PhotoShop for 2D showing.
