SUSTAINABLE HOTEL
KML Business Centre is a Commercial building built in 2007 in Dubai, UAE. Purposing a sustainable hotel with 76 bedrooms, 20 business rooms, restaurants, lounge, indoor garden, spa & gym, grocery shop & swimming pool.
Dubai is a hub for tourism and investment and this hotel targets local and international businessmen.
As Dubai is a modern and luxurious city, famous with the hotel industry, it’s a golden chance to promote the business hotel with sustainability which led to global awareness. Made from a different range of sustainability methods using renewable energy, local materials and biophilic design.

Project description

This hotel project aims the sustainability by applying sustainable methods and brining biophilic design.

• Natural ventilation
• Water & waste management
• Self- food resource
• Sustainable & local materials

BIOPHILIC DESIGN:
• Natural lighting
• Connecting indoor to outdoor
• Nature elements (Water, plants, natural material,...)
• Traditional tree & plants.

LOCATION:
Located in heart of Dubai linking the old and new Dubai and just next to Burj Khalifa the tallest tower in the world.

Attractions:
• Close by Jumeirah beach
• The Dubai mall & city walk shopping canters
(All by only 9 minutes away by car)
• It is just front of stables
• Next to Dubai bowling canter (with 9 minutes’ walk)
• Nearby one of biggest Dubai park (Al Safe park)
• Close by the famous Dubai water canal
