The idea behind our project is to transform the southern part of Brnenec, Brno into a sustainable living village that preserves the historical significance of Schindler's Ark. By using sustainable materials and architectural styles, we aim to create a harmonious blend of old and new. The project emphasizes green spaces, social interaction, and a connection with nature. The village features three types of residential units, strategically zoned to meet diverse living needs, while ensuring accessibility and preserving the historical traces of the site.
