Dear Valiantsina, Nice project! In this kind of buildings, safety comes firts. The glazed constructions that have no window sill (reaching the floor) must have safety glass. I don't know what types of openings have you considered (balcony door, sliding door,...), but please pay attention on the weights of the opening parts. For balcony door the maximum weight is 250 kg, for sliding door maximum weight of one vent is 400 kg - in this case more weight means more force to open. So please think…
Dear Valiantsina, that's really interesting project. I have just a few remarks about dimension limits. There are several doors on the first floor that seems to be too high (section A). Please note that the standard door vent should have a maximum height of 3 m. Also in section B-B there is a stick facade next to the stairs that has no supporting beam from inside.
