Hello Pavel, I hope you are doing well.
I am Jani, a former Inspireli Awards winner and Juror. I have been given the task of giving feedback on your project.
First I would thank you for participating Inspireli Awards. Competitions provide large laboratory to exercise new ideas, and this is the perfect place for an architecture student to expres himself and show his worth.
Your project is a simple building, the concept is interesting but only written in words. A graphic presentation of the concept is very important to draw the attention of the audience.
Sketchy renders are nice but when assembling materials for presentation, keep in mind that each drawing should have an intent to explain the project so more realistic ones would explain the project better and express some creativity in the graphics of plans and elevations . And remember almost always use two point perspective because in 3 point perspective the views are deformed and give misinformation. Three point perspective is suitable for high rise buildings. In projects in such small scale all that matters are the details that make it unique in design, so you need to detail more the interior, the frames of the glass facade and exterior elements. You need to work more with the landscape to make the building more integrated with the landscape.
In relation to structure so many solumns are exaggerated, I think 4 or 6 columns are enough, depending on their material.
In architecture it is very important how the project is served to a wider audience.
