Dear Maxim
First of all let me congrats you in the amazing job you did in this project, I really liked the difference that you already worked in, so let me begin with something myself always searches for in public yet cultural buildings in attending to design building we should always focus in the impact of the building on the surrounding area, so it would help a lot to see the way you played with the village silhouette and the impact you had in the site you chose to design also I would prefer to see more about the sustainability of the design since we are all looking forward to the impact of climate changes through architecture , also I would like to see the volumetric forms of other buildings in this area(Iam aware that this is a school project or an architecture studio course and not a spatial planning course but “Where people go and where people meet” it’s a really important matters of us architects and planners).
The decision to change the idea of how a cultural building should be its always a good one as long as your design has integrity as per this part you really did a good job the exterior of building looks like was design by a star architect the way first story windows touches the roof creates a whole phenomenon. But when talking about the interior to be honest I expected more “contemporary-Deconstructivsm” by which I mean more creative materials overall it gives a good impact. What I liked most about this project is the layouts of building you did it with a real professionalism and that’s kudos to you because I enjoyed reviewing your project .
Just advice since the style you did your design both in volumetric and layout context is so unique ,do more researches about the deconstructivism in architecture and if you find out that this style suits you in my opinion you are going to be a really famous architect.
Wishing you all the best
