The project involves the renovation of a territory in the city of Krasnodar with an area of 22 hectares on the banks of the Kuban River. Currently, the site is chaotically built up with private residential buildings. In their place, it is planned to build a comfortable residential complex, provided with all the necessary infrastructure: transport, shops, kindergartens, a school, as well as green courtyards without cars (underground parking is provided) and a wide embankment with piers and a summer amphitheater stage.

In the proposed solutions to create the most comfortable environment for residents of the microdistrict. At the same time, special attention is paid to the solution of the embankment, which is an important part of the citywide recreational area. There is a school in the center of the microdistrict. Kindergartens are located taking into account the radius of accessibility. The courtyards are free from parking lots and are landscaped as much as possible. A network of pedestrian and bicycle paths has been laid across the microdistrict. At the same time, through passage of vehicles is excluded.
