Hello Mtibba,

Thank you for sharing your design with us. The idea of the project is crucial and fits well within a city like Sfax. Moreover, other ideas which are connected to the main one are also well-thought-of and support it too. It would be also a good point to show the power of the idea using some expressing drawings beside the provided text to a better understanding of the project and in order to strengthen it.
The scale of the project and its main message comply with the main idea and they do not conflict with each other which is good. In addition, it is interesting that you have a keen eye for the details of the project. Another important point, the distribution of the functions is well-studied and rational. However, a recommended point would be to recheck the relationship between the exterior and interior parts of the project and their impact on the used elements in order to have a more coherent image.
