Hello Ali Naseri,
Thank you very much for sharing your "Green Cube Villa" with me! It's an honor to take a look at your work.
First I have to say, I really like the different levels of privacy in your design. The building includes different stages - ranging from fully enclosed to open spaces.
The decision to make nature part of your design is a great decision. The low-energy approach to providing a comfortable climate inside the building is fantastic. The inclusion of the seasonal winds and the shading through the plants definitely underline that. The luscious green adds a functional as well as a comfortable component to the building!
My additional thoughts on that were:
- Does the thermal mass of the building also add to low energy consumption? Do the chosen materials improve the climate in the building?
- The vaporization of water in the soil can also provide great natural cooling effects. What is the ratio of sealed ground and natural soil on the ground level? How much terrace space do you need and how much can leave "open"?
Also if you would like to include more detail:
- How does the watering for the plants work - especially for the green walls?
- How are the green walls (especially the rotating ones) attached to the building? How does the construction work in detail?
And last but not least, in the description of the project you mention "Due to the climate of the region …". I didn't exactly get where the project is located and what is the condition of the climate of the region? Maybe this could be some information to provide for an introduction to the project (infographics, site, …).
I hope I could raise some interesting questions for further inspiration for your project!
