Analysis in the right direction. Sensitivity to the environment and sustainable strategies not only at an architectural level but also socially and functionally can be appreciated
The architecture that is presented is simple and elegant, nothing flashy and respectful of the environment.
I understand that the scale of the project means that small-scale details cannot be solved, but it would be nice if a more detailed and developed treatment of the interstices between the main architectural elements could be seen. The "how" must be taken into account when arriving on every of these enclaves.
The best way to build spaces is through light and shadow. There is a tremendous amount of light in the project, which is a good thing as long as there is equally strong control of shadow against it.
The resolution of the images does not allow me to read the selection in detail in terms of vegetation, so I cannot assess your choice. Anyway, I advise a selection of plants and trees according to where it's lotacted, limiting the number of exotic species (if any).
The project has a lot of potential, is responsive and has good graphical representation. Polishing a series of aspects, such as those mentioned above, can provide a leap in quality.
