I believe that the topic of adapting former industrial facilities to modern cultural or educational needs is very relevant. The possibility of using light interchangeable structures in an unfinished object is also correct, because it allows you to quickly change the interior and design depending on the function.
I'm a little worried about the location of this object, which is not specified. There is no master plan, nor is there a situational plan. Therefore, it is unknown whether this building is far from the city, whether it has convenient communications, which would make it possible to turn it into a full-fledged public space.
Therefore, I would advise to start developing such an idea with a master plan - location, parking, public transport, the project of recreational areas around, landscaping, etc. At this stage, it is desirable to supplement the project with at least a general scheme of the master plan.
