Always remember that houses built on wooden or steel frames are not able to dampen rooms against noise.
If steel and wood are imported materials, maybe you should think about local materials - stone and clay houses. I don't know what the walls are filled with.
Each version has a dark bedroom with virtually no window. Are these houses built in the desert? How is it supposed to be ventilated?
it is not insignificant which way the building turns. The toilet and entrance should be on the least lit side. The room with the longest stay, usually the living room, is positioned so that you can see the sun when you come home from work in the afternoon. The excess of sun is regulated by the size and shape of the windows and the length of the extended roof or a pergola added to the wall. Here is the slab on heavy supports. To limit the variation in construction materials, is not the argument for the shading function or even for a balcony construction when it cause rise of the cost. In cheap houses, balconies are an excessive expense. There is a roof terrace, which completely eliminates the need for a balcony (Module-A 100 SQ. YD). If you cook meals at home, it is imperative that the person preparing them has a well-lit room and spends most of the time there at home. Desks with a computer must be placed so that sunlight does not reflect on the monitors, here the northern rooms are best, but you can arrange the desk in each room so that there will be no reflection. It is important what time of the day you mainly use the computer. It is important whether you work from home. The design should take into account the possibility of mirroring the plan.
The bathroom does not have to be by the outside wall of the building. Only adequate ventilation is important here. Two bathrooms in a cheap house is an unnecessary and excessive cost. Instead of a second bathroom, it is better to make a dressing room.
I don't know about much your country, but my problem is strong air movement near the window. If there is a bed under the window, this movement of air causes a cold. It is better to move the bed away from the window. In the picture Social and Cultural Preferences, you have placed the bed on a different wall than the one with the window. You also showed a room with two beds and a wardrobe, but completely without tables or desks. It looks like a children's room, but where these kids are supposed to draw, write, do homework or play.
Whether or not to make a covered front courtyard depends on the strength of the rain and whether the residents spend their time there. In some cultures, such a courtyard is a place of conversation with neighbors. Sometimes kitchen and other functions are transferred here, depending on the habits. The size of the terrace behind the bedrooms also depends on customs. Enlarging the surface of the courtyards without increasing the size of the rooms can be an unnecessary expense.
The juxtaposition of modules into buildings is good, but without the possibility of mirroring plans and the freedom to fill rooms with functions, the design becomes a hotel project, not a house project.
With the Module-A cluster plan, it is important to connect the water and sewage connections of by standing houses. The houses lane on the right must be mirrored. The perspective on the left is correct, but has nothing to do with the plan.
Module-B is a cheap house with 4 bathrooms and 4 double beds. It is a functional and financial absurdity. It is essential to introduce the possibility of changing the equipment and function. The plan completely ignores the need to connect pipes with water and sewage. Inserting a desk between bathrooms is completely unnecessary cost.
