Dear Marek,
First of all, I would like to congratulate you on becoming a new member of the Inspireli awards family!
As for the project, your conceptual approach is very clear in the massing and the drawings.
How the project expands in multiple directions on different plots while having a direct link between each mass, emphasizes the visual connection on an architectural level and humanistic level.
In addition, implementing different functions from the surrounding city such as public spaces, theatre, and shops, emphasizes the link between the project and the urban fabric.
I think to create a pleasant and unique experience, you can add pedestrian circulation, parks, and green spaces on a different level and between each mass, which connects the architectural elements physically rather than just visually.
Furthermore, adding some spaces for architecture in motion and temporary exhibitions, artist’s hubs, local markets, event platforms, playgrounds… can add more dynamism to the project.
On a side note, the facades of the buildings can be treated wisely to create a sort of interaction between visitors and public spaces. Also, you can use the roof of the buildings as a public space or a green roof.
Best of luck in your journey and keep up the good work!
Best regards,
Elsa
