Congratulation on an extensive and complex regeneration project. I like that the presence of contemporary sustainable solutions is very strong and well thought of, with different elements interactions. Interactions and synergies are key in establishing a successful and truly sustainable project, always keeping in mind how it benefits the community.
Think about how the project and the green façade can also benefit the space inside the building – reduce overheating and energy consumption. Similarly, when proposing a landscape layout for the outdoor spaces, think about the functionality of greenery and how it can improve comfort of use. In a hot climate, the successful use of outdoor spaces depends a lot on the amount of shaded areas, so trees need to be placed strategically. Leaving large greens spaces without trees will just make them empty. The collected rainwater or treated waste water can also be used for creating water features in the public plazas, to cool the outdoor spaces additionally and make it more comfortable for use.
Presentation wise, the boards have a lot of information and are not very legible. The project might benefit from a clearer presentation, that would communicate the very strong idea adequately. Try to create a board that will have less images and text, but that would be visually striking in order to draw immediate attention to the project and its strengths.
Best of luck,
