Congratulations to Šimon Procházka for participating, he is always interested in getting involved.
The project as a whole is interesting, but the choice of the circular shape created some critical issues in my view. I prepare a detailed summary instead of a report.
-) The internal distribution is not very functional.
-) Some rooms are oversized (compared to the norm).
-) The furniture to make the accommodation functional will be very critical.
-) A large balcony would have been better in the children's rooms and not in the double room.
-) It is not recommended to put the bed in front of it the door
-) In such a large house there is a lack of comfortable bathrooms and closets.
-) The distribution corridor very uncomfortable and in the dark.
-) The space in front of the elevator is shallow.
-) I think the structure has some critical issues.
