First, please focus on presenting contextual drawings to define the location and go into detail for the site plan. Floor plans are missing therefore it is hard to read the functionality of the building.
As per what is presented, I would be careful on using specific features because of climate restrictions. This is related to overusing greenery on the façade and creation of too many spaces that cannot be used all the year round. There are plenty of solutions for using sustainable facades for such buildings and using flexible structures to create spaces that can be used in all weather conditions.
Student campuses and University buildings must be welcoming to students by creating qualitative spaces inside but also reflect the positive energy on the outside.
It is well appreciated the usage of sustainable features on the building, but since these features are part of the identity they must be emphasized on the design and presentation.
