First of all, I want to thank you for such an interesting proposal as well as a spectacular presentation of your project.
After curiously studying your work, I have found one topic that has a potential for improvement. Allow me to express myself and give you some bits of advice. While reading the project idea, you mention disinterest of the population in general and of the youth in particular in the national cultural life. And I must say designing a new cultural centre is a great idea, to attract and educate the young generation. However, as we all know architecture in its appearance creates a huge impact on citizens and creates its vector of future development. Because your design is especially international in its appearance, bold and modern, it creates a noticeable void between its surrounding area and the main complex architecture itself. What if the whole Cultural centre building language would have more connection to your native culture?! Would it strengthen the attractiveness and competitiveness of this place, region and even the country?! Maybe it will be better if the building visuals had deeper connections to Nigerien traditional architecture through the emotions, colour schemes and materials best familiar to your country. I guess it will be a nice topic to discuss, and maybe even push it through the design phase.
All in all, your proposal looks stunning as well as very promising and I want to wish you all the best in your professional career.
