1. Concept:
a. The idea of developing concept should not limit to a geographical boundary or a map. The process must envision a feeling of the need, mood and exploration. The concept should recite a story addressing some of the key problems and why this project needs initiation. The concept can also address few inspirations, themes which may have a connection to this project itself.

2. Site Concept & Site Plan:
a. The project is well oriented in terms of its view to the water and providing a calmer and quieter feeling away from the roads.
b. The site plan should indicate clear accesses, road markings, massing with the help of legends. The site plan indicate dark colors which is not very clear what is represents. The white spaces needs clarity on what it represents.
c. Indicate North direction on site plan.
d. Indicate proposed building with a different representation.

3. Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details & Views:
a. The living room in the Ground floor (GF) looks very tight.
b. The entrance is not very welcoming with all the spaces such as powder room, storage, closet and mechanical room. It is wise to keep the entrance wide making it more welcoming and push our all other services to a different location. This might needs a rework on your complete space planning.
c. Bedrooms in the First floor (FF) are well placed and oriented.
d. Include more useful spaces to this project and widen the scope of work.
e. Levels are not indicated in any sections.
f. Section details do not indicate the source plan.
g. Elevations / Views do not give much idea about the façade material finishes. Think about these.
h. Interior views are good.


Final impression:
a. Overall good work.
b. Has lot of potential for a making the project even better.
