The project overall indicates great effort.
The building design features well designed indoor spaces, yet it is suggested to determine the north orientation to be able to adjust spaces accordingly to receive required daylight and natural ventilation. It is highly recommended to provide different levels due to the different spaces functions; this will provide a more dynamic skyline as well as a more suitable space fitting its function. Some unfurnished spaces are undefined so it will better be defined by furniture or writing their use to be able to comprehend the whole floor plan setting. Some spaces in the floor plans are just waste areas that do not seem to accommodate any function; this point needs to be reconsidered to as to maintain a highly functioning floor plan of the project.
Concerning the environmental aspects, the choice of medium pitched roofs is a suitable choice for building in a tropical climatic zone like Bangladesh. A rainwater management system is highly recommended to reuse rainwater in the building and landscape irrigation. It is suggested to consider natural ventilation in the building to provide more thermal comfort in such a humid climate.
As for the open areas of the project, providing some shaded outdoor seating areas will enhance the blending of occupants and exchanging their knowledge and develop a multicultural society. The landscaped area should house more detailing of pedestrian pathways, flooring patterns, levels which will add some dynamism to the project.
