Hi Bhuvanesh,
I would like to address the following topics:
1. Architectural Style, Appearance, and Climate treatment
In the big picture, I would like to know why each building has its own lines, and each building has a different kind of shape... I think the whole campus serves the same purpose, so it should have the same design language, architecturally, or visually at least, you have to see mutual design elements in all these buildings... same architectural language,
I understand you're using a conventional design style, considering the location of the project, I would like to see what's around that land, what are architectural styles have been followed so that I could consider that in my design, which I cannot judge because I cannot see the context, but generally, you're using cottage style, which I prefer to see in a cold climate rather than India, considering India is a very hot, colorful, and diverse country that has consistent sunshine and very high temperatures throughout the year, in addition, I would like to see the ventilation system how it works in these buildings; a full study in a section diagram would be sufficient to justify using this particular system,
Taking into consideration the purpose of the project (Health Resort) and high-temperature climate, the roof would be beneficial in that case, using it as a roof garden as an insulation for the floors below, and for people to use it for meditation, or to some urban gardens ...
2. Construction Materials
I like using conventional materials; I appreciate that in your project, and I find it presented in a good way, seeing more manual sketches would be really good thought,
3. The Booklet Design (Presentation)
I find your project is interesting, although the logic is not very clear, the conclusion is absolutely valuable.
on the other hand, I think your way of presenting these ideas are not quite clear for the reader/ receiver, since the text size is very small, and the paragraphs are too long, as an architect, you should know how to deliver your ideas using minimal ways of illustrations and sketches, to be understood by the majority of people, even those who are not architects, because in the end you will need to sell that idea to a businessman, so you have to market your concepts in the easiest way,
I don't find the screenshots from Neufert/ Timesaver are necessary to show that way, you could've sketched it, it's not that hard.
Case studies:
-You need to reduce the texts everywhere, just add bullet points ... and a conclusion for each project of what you have learned studying this particular project, and how do you find it related to your design?
- Increase the size of the diagrams you make, since it's so small, no one will pay attention to that,
- Your Project:
- when you present a plan, basically you must show the North direction, and make the plan readable, I don't think one page is enough to show the sections, plan, elevations altogether... you could have separated them
I would like to see the plan, key plan, North direction, the scale bar, main entrance arrow, and since it's a ground floor, you need to show some context around the plan, what happens around? where is the main street/road? where are the other buildings on the campus?
So I suggest you can take the first page to show the main 3D view only, the second page is for the plan ... the third you can add two sections.. and the fourth for the elevations.. etc.
Wish you all the best,
Kind regards
