The building is conditionally divided into several blocks, communication between them is carried out using elevators and evacuation stairs.
The volume of the first floor is taken as the ground level. It is a stylobate in which all the main premises of the hotel are concentrated. It includes an entrance group, a reception with adjoining premises, a waiting area, a lobby bar, a grand staircase, a greenhouse, shops. There are also children's play clubs, a restaurant, an administrative block, elevator halls, a conference hall, a gym, a beauty salon and a spa complex in the western part, and a treatment block.
In the northern part of the hotel, at elevation +4,000, there is a service floor, where the hotel's own laundry, bathroom, administrative and technical premises are located. The ascent to this floor is organized only for service personnel using their own elevators and stairs.
At elev. +8.600 there are two residential blocks with different types of room categories (standard, junior and suite) with their own exits to the walking area. The height of the ceilings in all rooms is 3 meters in height. There is also a treatment block with doctors' offices, a summer cafe and a community center. The roof of the stylobate is exploited, which made it possible to organize places for rest and walks with a road for the passage of a fire engine. On floors 4-7 there are standard, junior, deluxe and suite living rooms.
The number of rooms in the hotel is 100. Of these, 53 are standard, junior 20, suite 21 and suite 6. Each residential block includes all categories of rooms. And the suite rooms are located mainly on the upper floors.
All administrative, part of medical and leisure facilities are located at ground level. The upper elevation of the building is + 35.750m. The frame is made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the walls are made of small-piece materials.
The facade of the building is formed by different materials and colors, which allows hotel visitors to better navigate the hotel territory. It is planned to use decorative bricks as the facing material of the stylobate of the hotel building, the outer walls of the residential blocks are made of natural stone and wood. All framing decorative elements on the roofs and entrance lobby are made of white plaster. The balconies are made of glass.
