EN/ The diploma thesis brings a solution of design of a concert hall in Prague, which is to be built on the site of the underground train station Vltavská.

The design was created in accordance with the IPR (Prague Institution of Development) assignment with the aim of making Vltavská the second center in Prague and thus reviving this now busy place occupied by transport infrastructure. The Philharmonic building is to become the new, well-deserved seat of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and attract the attention of other world orchestras.

The design of the philharmonic building was based on the concept of a rock mass, according to which the Vltava riverbed was shaped.

CZ/ Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu koncertní síně pro Prahu, která má vzniknout v místě stanice metra Vltavská v Praze.

Návrh byl vytvořen podle zadání IPR s cílem vytvořit z Vltavské druhé pražské centrum a oživit tak toto nyní dopravní infrastrukturou zatížené místo. Budova filharmonie se má stát novým, zaslouženým sídlem orchestru České filharmonie a přitáhnout pozornost dalších světových orchestrů.

Ztvárnění budovy filharmonie vzešlo z konceptu horninové masy, podle které se tvarovalo koryto Vltavy.

EN/ The Philharmonic building consists of volumes resembling three crystals connected by passages. Two of the crystals are wedged into each other, while one of them deviates as if it had broken off.

The building's spaces are divided according to function into three parts - three masses.

In the first mass, towards the building of El. enterprises, we find a gallery, rentable administrative areas and a small hall.

The second largest mass graduating towards the Prague Castle contains a large hall with a foyer and a view of Prague.

The third, diverging mass is dedicated to the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. This building houses facilities for staff and performers.

The perimeter of the buildings is inspired by the crystalline structure of the mineral, reflections and shimmer of the water surface of the Vltava River.

CZ/ Budovu filharmonie tvoří objemy připomínající tři krystaly propojené pasážemi. Dva z krystalů jsou do sebe zakleslé, jeden se naopak odklání, jako by se odlomil.

Provozy budovy jsou rozděleny dle funkce do tří částí - třech hmot.

V první hmotě směrem k budově El. podniků najdeme galerii, pronajímatelné administrativní plochy a malý sál.

Druhá největší hmota gradující směrem k Pražskému hradu obsahuje velký sál s foyer a vyhlídkou na Prahu.

Třetí, odklánějící se hmota, je věnována orchestru České filharmonie. V této budově je umístěno zázemí pro zaměstnance a účinkující.

Obvodový plášť budov je inspirován krystalickou strukturou minerálu, odrazy a třpytem vodní hladiny řeky Vltavy.

EN/ The vertical structural system is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton. An inclined skeleton system is designed in two crystals. The horizontal floor slabs are also of reinforced concrete. The façade cladding consists of atypical Voronoi cell articulation. The first level of this pattern is implemented in the plane of the glazing of the lightweight envelope. The second level of the pre-set façade structure creates a 3D effect, this structure is made of steel. The heating and ventilation systems of the three parts of the philharmonic building are interconnected to form one functional unit with "smart" heat and cold sharing between the spaces. The heat sources are heat pump boreholes.

CZ/ Svislý konstrukční systém je navržen jako železobetonový skeletový. Ve dvou krystalech je navržený šikmý skeletový systém. Vodorovné stropní desky jsou také ze železobetonu. Fasádní plášť je tvořen atypickým členěním Voronoi buněk. První úroveň tohoto vzoru je realizována v rovině zasklení lehkého obvodového pláště. Druhá úroveň předsazené fasádní konstrukce vytváří 3D efekt, tato konstrukce je z oceli. Systémy vytápění a větrání třech částí budovy filharmonie jsou vzájemně propojeny a tvoří tak jeden funkční celek s "chytrým" sdílením tepla a chladu mezi provozy. Zdrojem tepla jsou tepelné vrty tepelného čerpadla.
