Good evening Marie,
I'm Arch Nicholas Whitacre, one of this year's jurors, and I am here to give some feedback on your very interesting project.
It is clear that there are 3 main parts to it. The first being this smaller building, which if I understand correctly, is a sort of entrance and administrative building. Second is the Church itself which is the heart of the project, and last being the park (is what I'll call it for lack of a better word) where everything takes place with its walkways, benches, etc.
The church its self is very well thought out. "Mistery" is the word that best describes it. Its lighting, curves and sober appearance all comes together very well. The symbolism of God and mystery you tried to give are very clear.
The Park and administrative building I feel fell short of what the church managed to project. When I see the walkways in the park, there are at least two places where walkways intersect. These could have been great locations to place an activity, vegetation or something to these important spots you created. I also would have liked benches that were designed like the one inside the church to give unity. I also believe that it would have been nice to see the design of the administrative building reflect the design of the church, that be by giving it more curves or however you believe best. Regardless of these minor observations, I think you have made a wonderful project, one that searches to give new and profound emotions to its users.
I hope this feedback will help you grow as a professional and hope to see another project of yours again.
Best regards
