I am very happy that you look at architecture through a special lens, which is very important, and this is to see and examine the weaknesses and needs of today's society to be met through architecture and the city.
As you have considered in relation to the subject of the plan, spas need a quiet environment away from pollution and noise of the city for better performance, and should reflect the architecture in terms of nature and philosophy. In this regard, the first thing that comes to my mind is spa vertically. And in the form of a skyscraper, it reduces its performance, and at all hours, the presence of the subject in the space indicates the building and is far from calm, and you should try to design the subject so well and needed by today's society in a better and more comprehensive way with less damage. Enter nature and at the same time have a more appropriate function. Architecture is not just a building in a vertical form.
Good luck
