Hello Ventsislav,
Look what I need to tell you that your project seems very technical and it is good at a certain point. But what is missing is the link between the past and the new project. How did you redefine le old spaces? I need from you to put more explanation under the historical chart of the building through each phase to know more how the building has Been transformed within time. Maybe it’s important too to see in your sections how did you conserved the old building maybe by making people who want to visit the space to feel the old from the new. It is very important to put the old in bold. In brief, to make more space valuable too, i need to see and to feel the transformation architecturally and in performance. I didn’t understand your program, did you keep the same program. I need to ask you if you are thinking about sustainability and ecological architecture. Maybe it’s better if you work sustainably (green spaces, dollar system, microclimate, etc) nowadays we need to think more with nature, we need interaction. I need to read the transformation of the history of the building in your facades, I need to feel that this building is not new building or a renewal one but is a rehabilitation space where people interact.
In conclusion, if I am a visiter, i need to feel the space, the beat of the performance and the art side in creating spaces of communication.
Feel free to ask me, i will be ready for help anytime.

Hey, Joseph,
Thank you so much for the informative feedback. I always knew there was something missing while doing the images and your comment was an actual eye-opener. I have managed also to do some pictures of the model in the meantime, which if you are interest can check here: https://www.instagram.com/studio.polet/
Thank you once again!!!
