The meticulously guided logic of the concept, from the source of inspiration to the architectural form, deserves recognition. Nevertheless, the design process while gaining in detail and the advancement of the clarity of ideas is getting slightly blurred. The plans of the object only partially follow the idea of "center of everything", the solutions to the functions in the main body could be more oriented towards a very strongly articulated center. At the level of the urban scale, some discomfort is caused by the juxtaposition of the central (circular in plan) building with the existing(?) buildings on the south-eastern side. Due to the semi-sphere solid, the relation of these forms is too collisive and impressively tight. It is not clear from the drawings what is in the center of the spherical object (Mendeleev statue?), What is the function of this object, apart from the formal determinant of spatial organization. Spatial dispositions allow us to assume that the public space, due to the scale of the surroundings, will not be particularly sunny, it also has features of isolation.
The design workshop is relatively good, the drawings have a high degree of detail and information. Congratulations on the consistency in building the concept and I hope that the final effect will be even better each time.
All the best
