First of all, congratulations on choosing a design topic, it is current and requires exploring regardless of where it is implemented. It seems that the proposed function may be important for social integration, but also for drawing attention to the problem of food - in general. Awakening people's awareness, or restoring knowledge, which in itself - but also its various derivatives, can have a salutary impact on the management of resources or the development of science in this direction.
Please pay attention to the spatial organization - in the context of the presented function, perhaps the facility is more of a Knowledge Center of Agriculture or a Science and Education Center of …, where various forms of activity and workshops fit perfectly. In the proposed structure, the proportions related to productivity - the effects of agricultural activities, along with the necessary (large) service spaces (warehouses, processing, deliveries, service, etc.) and the general usage, suggests the above change - in the nature of the facility.
I would also suggest a more detailed and designed approach to the architectural detail - as an element carrying ideological content (e.g. green facade) - purposefully selected and carefully developed.
I notice rather unnecessary - formal actions on the facade, which in precise places, and with the technology being shown, could constitute a justified architect's action (less appearance, more usefulness and need - logic).
Nevertheless, the project is interesting, the comprehensiveness of it deserves praise.
