First of all, let me thank you for participating in the InspireLi awards and for all the efforts put into this project.
Addressing urban scale problems in the city through trying to solve specific micro situations like congestion and parking issues is a very important task that should always be considered in city management. However, these kinds of situations require very sophisticated analytical studies of many parameters in the city from an urban pov, economic, demographical, etc. Following this logic, I really think that a more in-depth analysis of the urban surroundings of the area and how it connects to the rest of the city should have been introduced to us in order to affirm the use of the parking solution ( maybe the solution is not even creating a parking lot to begin with but rather banning cars from that area for example).
The integration process of the building in the city is a tricky task and I believe in terms of choosing the forms was successful to some extent, especially the composition of the facade with greenery. For the other facades, I would rather suggest maybe toning them down a bit and going with a similar composition to the green facade with less dynamism and shapes.
In general, I think that the project is functionally successful and the technical features are well integrated and thought of. The 3D illustrations are also of good quality and convey the atmosphere of the project very well.
Thank you for your hard work and good luck in your future endeavors.

Hi Waddah, thank you so much for the feedback. Honestly, I did a lot of analysis on the project before coming up with the design but I didn't upload them with the detailed drawings as well. The results from the findings speculated for example the number of car parks required.
The site already exists as an open-ground car park for a community market opposite it. The situation is the parking facility is usually not enough as the market users now park on the streets thereby causing serious traffic congestion, also pedestrians crossing from the market to the car park continually disturb traffic flow.
in essence the design is an urban solution to create sufficient parking spaces for both sellers and buyers using the market and the ramped overhead pedestrian bridge allows them to easily commute from the market to the carpark without disturbing the traffic flow, there by solving the congestion.
