The seafront development master plan proposal covers a large area, filled with different programs serving different uses and users. Congratulations for being able to organize such a big land, in a problematic area, so accurately.
A better analysis of the problems of the land may be a SWOT analysis, which would be supportive.
What is the main theme of this proposal? What is the main concept/idea that brings all buildings, roads, canopies, pavilions, and all other figures together? Sure the design proposes a development, but towards what?
Seashore is always important so we look for connections with the sea. Sure the proposal offers but I would like to know the purposes or uses of each of the five ports.
Canopies look nice, though I am not sure about the material.
Rather than zoning, merging activities and offering new and more vivid life could have been another alternative search by design for the place.
