This design has implemented sustainable design concepts.
There are seven design advantages. First, the design is responsive to site and area conditions. The northern house design has higher elevations to avoid flooding. Second, the layout of the affordable housing buildings has a linear configuration and faces open spaces with a good view for users. Third, this design provides a good indoor environmental quality. The setting provides an opportunity for natural lighting and ventilation access into the spaces. The rooms in these buildings also have cross ventilation. The windows are equipped with external shading - textile roller blinds for reducing the sun intensity entering the room. Fourth, the green roof with extensive greeneries will reduce energy reduction and energy-related management or operational cost of the buildings. Green roofs naturally act as acoustic insulation, thermal insulation, and fire retardation. Fifth, this design also pays attention to water efficiency. Use of rainwater to irrigate plants in the yard when needed. Sixth, the design has considered an efficient use of modules with CLT Panel Elements
In addition, the design can be categorized as an empathetic design, to accommodate comfortable housing.
There is also an attempt to break the monotony by giving rhythm to the building facade.
Keep up the good work!
