It is a great idea to design a science and technology park as a place open to several programs and participants.
Very good that the designer considers local/surrounding facilities/opportunities as much as she introduces to the place and the topic.
As far as understood from the drawings and the text, open spaces are given importance, even more than the closed areas. I would like to see more clues about their use, content, design, materialization. If these places are for inviting local people, how this invitingness is provided should be clear. The area is big. How people are directed in this big land of green&buildings need special concern, maybe a detailed master plan, including the development and change in time.
The facade is given special importance, which is very positive. What about its composition? The same facade details repeated everywhere may not be very attractive. Instead of that, different materials with different compositions could have been proposed.
Yes, cubes are the purest architectural forms. So are domes. Pureness and simplicity in terms of form and construction should be questioned.
Presentation needs development. Using pictures that demonstrate programmatic issues is useful though more professional ways of displaying such issues should be searched.
While dealing with huge/complex issues, better to consider the main issue, publicness for instance, as your main theme and develop a master plan that provides the public with adequate and appropriate space. Let us understand your contribution to this issue as a designer, make it clear for us. At the same time, your buildings can have very valuable claims as well, let us understand/ follow it as well. There can be several themes in a design, each needs special concern and presentation, preferably a sound hierarchy. Let observers understand your mind and proposal step by step. Your effort is huge but may fail to hit the target in transmission. Both texts and drawings need to be clearer. Some schematic illustrations help a lot.
This is a big area with a very big claim. Very brave. I congratulate you on this.
