Dear Anton
I hope you are well.
I am delighted to provide feedback on your project, which I find interesting and challenging due the scales it handles. First at all you exposed in the concept two subjects to reach in the urban settlement: First one, no matters the time now or future the city is an organism, is like a live cell and is imperative grow the urbanism in this way. The second one, but not less important, the bonds of the city and the citizen are organic, that´s mean when the city recognize people needs provide spaces with life quality. In this way I recommend in the project, review the proportion and the connection between the scale of buildings and the human scale. (I recomend review the book “The Human scale” by Jan Gehl).
The other scale that you reach: the architectural object, I thought should have explore more strategies that allow close to the human scale (remember the pandemic experience around the world was a lesson about the space and the relation with the humans). Also, use the "grid" is not to get into it way over one’s head, is an opportunity to explore how can profit the concept to reach space flexibility, structure innovation and sustainable materials. The other way, I founded fascinating the mix between the old buildings and the proposal ones, like in the military park because the green is around (ceilings, public spaces, etc.) and could be the clue to fluent articulation.
In general the project is well represent, communicated the concept essential and provided general information that allow understand strategies and developing.
You did a good job and I encourage to you continue explore the future city in service to quality space to humans race.
Good luck
Best regards
