In general, the design concept and solution proposal are successful. It is positive that the building is considered as two parts and a solution proposal is presented. Semi-open and open spaces should be included with the functions in indoor spaces. Indoor spaces should be opened to outdoors and designed exterior spaces should be used.
The building is good in terms of mass balance. But there are problems in the design of interior spaces. There are too many lost spaces in the circulation axes. It is suggested that the spaces should be designed with 90 degree right angles and the circulation axes should be arranged with functions. For example, these areas can be turned into exhibition spaces.
The structural solution of the building was not considered. It is necessary to reconsider with the structure and to revise the space divisions accordingly.
