Dear Anastasija,
Thank you for your submission.
Your project represents an interesting concept, especially on the Urban and Architectural levels.
On the urban level, it creates a meeting point for the city and nature while creating an optical extension of both sides through the wide mirror facades.
On the architectural level, it helps create a public space where citizens can appreciate the surroundings. It also takes advantage of an existing structure, hence adapting it to a more efficient daily use.
A couple of recommendations would be on the Environmental Sustainability level:
1- You could research the water stream that goes through the project and see if it is powerful enough to install turbines and generate power.
2- The wide mirror facades look beautiful; to go a step further, you could use photovoltaic cells to also generate power. The width and length of the facades could have a massive contribution.
All in all, an environmental and sustainability study would certainly add a lot to your project.
Another small recommendation, would be to add a couple of informative "View Points" along the park ramp. These will serve to highlight the important cultural and natural heritage that you mentioned in your brief.
Overall, nice work!
Thank you for your participation.
