Dear César S. Zamorano D.,
I very much appreciated your attention to the problems related to the ventilation and climate control of your project.
The result is pleasant and controlled, but it has a slightly too standard connotation.
In fact, to be honest, it's hard to tell that the building is in Panama. It could be in many other places around the world. The local traditional architecture should probably be analyzed more and, once understood thoroughly, try to translate it into its more contemporary aspect.
Also, from a representation point of view, I suggest you to avoid using too photorealistic rendering until you are able to produce truly lifelike images.
Until then, in my opinion, it is more effective to use views that do not try to look like photographs, but abstract representations (for example like a model).
In the meantime, I invite you to keep practicing to improve more and more because you never stop learning.
All the best
