This project team chose a symbolic site with a genius loci and appropriate climatic conditions for the intended function. Its design reference to historical Iranian gardens provided a legitimate aesthetic, atmospheric and form-related input. However, the architectural reference is not elaborated sufficiently, as well as the proposed materiality of the building. The selection of plants and other green elements to the site should be expanded in other to prevent bioclimatic deficiencies of monocultural sites. Moreover, its appropriate integration into the architecture should be reconsidered in terms of the maintenance of both the plants and architecture.
In summary, the concept, design and functionality of this project deserve a positive evaluation. Nevertheless, the critical points should be taken into practical considerations in order to improve the project's quality, uniqueness and practicability,
