The project show promise of the typical office design seen in many urban centers today. The project would benefit from further exploration in form, spatial configuration, and creativity on how offices are changing for the future. Certain dynamics include technology, creating creative spaces to innovate, creative seating areas, sustainable and green design. These can be seen in office spaces such as the silicon valley headquarters such as Google and Facebook(Meta) as well as the creative offices/homes adapted for use during the pandemic. In addition, the project would benefit from deeper form exploration on the facade, thorugh the use of more complex modularity in the replicated window units, as well as green, natural features which enliven spaces and have been known to enrich workers productivity.

All in all a great start and looking forward to seeing what David designs and builds in the future.
