Dear Ariel Brandon AKAMBA BENGONO
Thank you very much for participating in the INSPIRELI EDUCATION International Student Competition. We very appreciate your time and effort to produce this excellent design work.
This scheme is a guide that includes detailed steps on how to create, manage and lead a smart village for a sustainable development project.
Putting the design in an integrated stereoscopic configuration of buildings and spaces in order to achieve the relationships between the components of the program in terms of aesthetics.
The design of a cultural village is a distribution of the elements of a particular program on the selected site that brings about sound functional relationships.
In addition to the recreational services provided by these resorts, the resort must have special conditions in order to cover investment needs, which will bring about a marked economic boom. This could be done by giving the resort a distinctive architectural character or creating a strong image that will always remain in the memory of the tourist. Each resort in a particular area represents individual features that require innovative architectural and planning solutions.
There is no doubt that creating an image or character of the village in the mind of the tourist is one of the most important design foundations for the work of tourist resorts, as the tourist is given an image that he can remember.
Architectural criticism:
contact with nature:
The connection was visible as a beautiful panoramic view from the balcony, which gave the opportunity for the tourist to touch the surrounding natural elements such as trees, flowers and rocks. And it was more close to the natural elements (lakes - trees - rivers).
Site plan.
It is the creation of structures in a complex, integrated structure of buildings and spaces that has achieved the different relationships required between the components of the program in terms of functionality and formality.
Pick the right location.
Study of functional relationships.
Study of the road network and means of transport.
Visual formation study.
Natural lighting:
The sun's motion is supposed to be carefully studied on the facades, and its fall angles vary according to the direction of the buildings for the originals. For example, because sunlight does not reach our country, there can be more glass surfaces to enter the natural light of the interior.
The eastern and western façades require vertical sunlight captures to place and deflect at a thoughtful angle on the façade if they want to block sunlight from entering internal spaces and the tribal façades require horizontal sunlight captures.
To study the light inside, either the Sun falls directly on the exposed parts and shapes them as if they were outside, or the objects are lit as light spreads inside, but if the elements of the formation are left in the shade, we find no vitality to their appearance except under the effects of the reflections from the illuminated surfaces inside.
Best Regards
