about project idea:
I like the choice and direction of your project. The assumptions are well defined.
Think about what impact your architecture has on the climate.
It's no longer possible to design without thinking about how the climate affects the architecture, and vice versa - how the climate affects the architecture.
Try to do some research and find ways to naturally build in your location and make it consistent in your design.
Make sure that the idea of using natural materials and surrounding greenery is not lost in your design. Let all materials correspond with each other in interiors, architecture and greenery in the area.
surroundings:
don't limit the area on your development plan - as far as I can see you are implementing an area bathed in greenery - let it be the whole project - no boundaries
urban planning:
I am missing a diagram of how to find your way around the site - some wider context of the surroundings - with the location of nearby buildings, if any?
elements of the environment:
This is your project and if it is to be unique avoid typical elements, ready-made libraries from the program , believe me that then the space will gain in attractiveness and uniqueness
interiors:
materials used in the project should blend with the interior - be consistent
greenery:
do not arrange it - let it be random but rather natural - let the greenery be a continuation of what is happening around
architecture:
I miss an explanation of the materials used to build the architecture and a diagram of how the sun affects the different spaces and how the rooms are heated or cooled by this
I think it is a good idea to continue elements from the facade of the building and in the interior
the floor plan:
- no location of the north sign
- lack of wider context - always design for the bigger picture - not just your plot
- think about a schematic marking of functions on the plan - the projection will be more legible
- do not cut the project in places visible on the plan (e.g. a road) let it come to the borders of the picture frame
visualisations:
less is more - show only those visuals that are the strongest point of the project - from the human eye level - and from above in the case of your project
features:
hopefully the design takes advantage of the natural wandering of the sun and the whole premise is arranged in such a way that the whole premise benefits from this naturally
I have not read from the design what the cabins are for? do they sit too close to the pitch?
I miss the place where all the dirty elements - rubbish - will be located - this is also an important aspect of the design
Elements that definitely need to be done:
think about making a cross section through the designed area - this will help to understand the idea of soil reinforcement, how to locate the building foundations, the design of the premise and the economics you write about
I keep my fingers crossed for the development of the project and hope that the comments will help you to complete it
