Comercial Architecture and mixed use building design more
Dear Ayatullah Khaled
its been an honour to write a feed back to You.
i've noted several issues here:
Upside:
1. The idea for using sugar cube architecture is well apreciated. it can enhance the good view experience.
2. By only using 40-45% of building coverage, landscape design plays at its best to enhance conectedness between the building and the context. and You did it well
Downside:
1. 2nd Panel: from the section drawing, i Assume that the riverfront pedestrians might have and unpleasent view, watching your big white wall.
2. 3rd Panel: white surface roof indeed can create a sun reflecting effects, but it is also the cause of green house effect. you should put grass or fooliage to absorp the heat.
3. 3rd panel: reflective glass was quite overwhelmed, since the wall it self has 3 meter high i assume... so the only person can see to the house was the one standing on the other side of the river.
4. 8th panel (last one): having a backwards, steeped, 45 degree angle access to your car garage is somehow hard to imagine.
5. overall: the ice cube architecture should be simplified. reduce the ornaments. it disturbes the clarity of the geometry it self.
but eniwei, great job... keep on practicing, it will enhance your design senses
